        This company used to be great, now it is horrible. I needed my outside 250lb tank fixed. Called about it in November 2022 and it was not fixed until March. Call center is horrible, they are not local and can not tell you when someone will be there. Once my tank was fixed, they charged me over $800 for something that I was told would be around $200. Very frustrating experience and the end of my relationship with Amerigas.

        Amerigas gets a a big fat zero for customer service. Was told Saturday, 2-25-23 that a truck was dispatched to our home. The off shore call center was horrible and left us on hold for 30 minutes. I definitely would not recommend.

        I'm having the same issues everyone else is having on here. Customer service has no date/time for delivery (online it just says, 'pending'). The delivery person hung up on my husband when he tried to return his call. We were told someone came by several days ago (no message to texts, phone letting us know this was going to happen) and that the person left because there was no one here. How can we be here for the delivery when we have no notification about when it will happen? Apparently, we are supposed to wait around 24-7 for a delivery. I have never seen a company with such bad service. The call center can't tell you anything. I used the online chat feature on their site and they said a supervisor would call. Nope. Seriously unbelievable. I've never experienced service so bad.

        We've been clients for over 35 years and our recent dealings for a refill was the last straw. The employee made my husband so mad he demanded he get of our property. We have rented our tanks and he was blaming us for the tanks being expired and was just being super arrogant. We closed our account and now being told we will be charged $150.00 for them to come and get the tanks that are no longer valid. Beware of this company as they will nickel and dime you to death.
