Doug and his team were fantastic to work with. They removed the popcorn ceiling, retextured and painted the ceilings in a beautiful bright white. The cost was comparable to other estimates I received, and the quality of work was outstanding. They were done in the timeframe outlined and kept me apprised of their progress every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

We had a house full of furniture and wanted our popcorn ceiling removed. Doug came to give an estimate and took the time to explain his whole process. His pricing was comparable to others who did not sound as meticulous. The job they did for us was incredible!! He helped move the furniture, taped off the ceiling to wall, covered the wall and larger furniture with plastic sheeting to protect everything. We did the knockdown texture (recommended here in Florida) and he painted 2 coats of paint on top of the texture. The ceilings are beautiful now. The whole house appears brighter. Well worth the money! We highly recommend Doug and his company !! If we could give higher than 5 stars we would.

Phenomenal experience start to finish! Doug responded immediately to our request for a quote. Set an appointment to review the job, was on time and prepared to review job, which included popcorn removal and retexture both orange peel and knockdown in different rooms. Took measurements of all the rooms described work logistics and stated would provide written quote. Quote was received in 24 hrs. Some additional questions answered and agreed to start date. Full instructions were explained on how best to prepare for the work. Started job exactly on schedule. Big job, scheduled two weeks but finished one day early. Worked with us on finishing certain rooms first for our living convenience. Rooms where taped, tarps were put on all floor surfaces, all walls protected with plastic. Popcorn removed, repairs made to any deficient joints/tape lines. Ceilings prepared for texture and sprayed followed by full painting. Ceilings look immaculate! Doug and Robbie worked incredibly as a team careful and deliberate with their work. No need to look any further if you want popcorn removed and ceilings retextured. Outstanding workmanship. Unfortunately pictures do not do justice to the workmanship. Highly recommend Doug, will restore your ceilings surpassing your expectations. Certainly a 5 star company. Doug and his crew removed a well-adhered popcorn ceiling and replaced it with a fully painted knock down textured ceiling and I can't stop staring at it! From start to finish, this was the BEST experience I've had with a company. Doug explained the process, cost, and provided updates each day. And, his company finished the work earlier than expected. Doug is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Your happiness is his goal! I would HIGHLY recommend DHI for anyone looking to replace their popcorn ceilings with gorgeous texture.
