Great place to deal with. I ordered flowers for my nephew, to be delivered the next day, at the hospital. His room changed that evening. I called Skip's in the morning. He said he'd already called and got the new room number. He would deliver them later this morning. My sister FYI'd me at 10pm, that as of 4 o'clock they had not been delivered. I called Skips, he called me right back at 1030pm. He said he did deliver them and would follow up in the morning. Ultimately the flowers did come in the evening. I really appreciate Skips response every time.. what other florist would call you back so late. I would definitely use them again. A trust was developed.

Early this afternoon I called Skip because I prefer using local businesses. I am in Northern Virginia and am not familiar with Tarpon Springs. I explained to him what my budget was and what the flower arrangement was for. He worked with me to choose the perfect one for a funeral and I told him it was for tomorrow. Well, I found out after I placed the order that I had given him the wrong day. I called back and explained to Skip my mistake and asked (thinking the answer would be NO) if it would be possible to deliver today. He checked and came back and said they could do it, but it might be later today. I got a call from my son about an hour and a half later and they had been delivered! Thank you Skip and staff for going above and beyond!.
