        Scott, our service technician from Affinity that covers the High Springs area is FANTASTIC. He truly went above and beyond. We recently purchased our home and knew nothing about tankless hot water heaters. Scott walked us through how our unit works and thoroughly explained what an annual service entailed. We had a lot of questions, and Scott never wavered - he truly knows his stuff! He was even patient with our rooster who tried very hard to make the job harder. Thank you so much! You have our business for life.

        Mathew and Scott came out and we're great. They both figured out the issue, ordered the part next day and Scott was here that day and put the part in. I highly recommend this company if you have a gas issue. Great job, great company!!

        Matt, the owner, and Scott quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with my gas water heater. They advocated for me to the Rheem company, maker of the water heater, to order an expedite a recalled part. The part came in the very next day, thanks to their efforts. Scott came that very day and installed the part, and tested everything to make sure it was running right before he left. These guys and the office staff were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I couldn't be more happy with their work! Highly recommend!

        Our water heater quit working and after being recommended by whirlpool we called affinity around lunch time and service technician Donald Bishop was at our home before 4pm. He was amazing and quick. He had our water heater working in a short time and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Affinity. The office staff and service staff will not let you down. I cant thank them enough. If I could give 6 stars I would.
