From the other reviews, it appears our very bad experience with A Super Septic wasn't the only one. And unfortunately, a year and a half later, the bad experience continues. We were informed today (by a reputable septic company) that A Super Septic installed an incorrect pump in our dosing tank. We now get the joy of spending $2K to replace the burned out pump with an appropriate grinder pump. A miserable experience a year and a half ago continues to haunt us. At the start, the A Super Septic team was very professional but it went downhill after I submitted final payment before the job was done after threatening calls. Please be very careful what you sign and make sure to have the contract state that the final payment will be paid after every single permit is cleared and all work has been completed. I am now left with an open permit at my city and broken sprinkler lines that they promised to be repaired but sent me a text one week later to say that they had changed their mind. Apparently, this is not the first time they do this. Please learn from my mistake or take your business elsewhere.

TOILET BACKED UP ONE WEEK AFTER INSTALL. THEY DIDNT INSTALL THE EXISTING LINES TO NEW TANK. OWNER SAYS THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND ITS NOT THEIR ISSUE. THIS IS AFTER THEY BLAMED THE BACK UP ON TOO MUCH RAIN, Then said it was my plumbing. How do pay a company thousands and they can’t even verify that your toilets are hooked up to the septic before completing the job?
If you are looking for a knowledgeable contractor this is not it. Look elsewhere. It Will ending up costing me thousands more now to fix the issue. Service: Septic system installation

I moved into a new home and realized my septic tank and drain field were smack in the middle of my back yard, right where I wanted to build my pool. I had talked to several contractor friends and the told me it would be a nightmare to move the septic tank and drain field to the front yard. They said it would take more than a year. My contractor buddy has spent more than 9 months trying to get a permit to move his drain field 20 feet. I was honestly worried. I did some research and after reading reviews, I decided to call Bryan and upon talking to him be reassured me he could get the job done in a few weeks. He is super honest and knowledgeable and he walked me through the process from start to finish and beyond! His team members are professional and hardworking. He didn’t lie to me at all, he finished the job before the anticipated completion time and permit was approved! I am extremely happy with the results and I would hire this company again and again!!!
