How do I even begin? If I could give a 0 I would. I took my pcr test on December 29th and it is the 10th of January and nothing. I have emailed their help center and they said “to wait patiently”…. I understand the situation but 12 days for a PCR that is suppose to be 3-5 days is ridiculous. Clearly if I was relying on this I would’ve been unable to do anything. Very unprofessional and stealing money from insurances.

Myself and my family went to a Nomi testing site and we were “in and out” in less than 15 minutes. But here we are 4/5 days later still nothing. So I called and spoke with someone and was told our results are still pending. This is crazy I have missed a week of work and my child has missed a week of school. This is aggravating and I can’t find a cvs close to me or in a 33 mile radius that has any availability for testing. I totally get the reviews.

People who do tests are real friendly. Thank Did the rapid test 5 days ago, stil no result. What’s the point?
