Mr Miller have been our agent for both home and auto for well over 20 years. All aspects of our policies are always explained in great detail so it is usually quite easy to make an informed decision.
There MAY be cheaper coverage out there but the personal attention and professionalism at this agency is priceless.

Lied to and over-paid for coverage. When calling to ask why we did not get the coverage we asked for when we added a new car to the existing policy we were talked to like we were stupid. I advised when we added our older "new" car to the policy to put the same coverage as my Lexus. They heard what they wanted and conveniently left off collision insurance (what good is insurance without that?!). When we found out, unfortunately, was due to to an accident and trying to call in a claim. Now we are stuck with a totaled car. Even the representive stated "we normally put the same coverage as the car originally on the policy" and then contradicted themselves by saying "most people don't insure older cars". This in my opinion shows they did not want to put collision on the older car by their choice. I wish the call was recorded and that I knew insurance lingo to realize they left off collision just on our Mazda before the accident happened. Not saying we don't accept any responsibility, but we were definitely scammed and paid around $400 a month for 2 cars that apparently didn't have the "full coverage". When telling them I was switching to another company today the owner rudely asked "did they check your credit" when finding out how much more affordable this other company made my policy for THE SAME coverage and ductibles. They also wanted to negotiate what they would have paid out for my car "if" it was covered! My parents have been customers for 20 years and I have had them since I was 16- total lack of respect for good customers!! Stay away!!
