They talk a good talk to get the business, claim to be experts, sell themselves as the mother of all mechanics. You place your trust in them, they ask you to transport your forklift at $150 round trip, then they give you a song and dance that the parts for your equipment are not available or discontinued. By this time you are stuck with the $150 transport plus parts and labor supposedly used without your knowledge or permission. So you either pay or you loose your forklift! We ended up paying them for 9 quarts of transmission oil and a filter plus an unnecessary transport a total of $460.00 and received back the equipment without the needed repair for it to work. I had to go and find out what was happening, and the con artist let me have it, like he was the victim, when I asked why did you have me bring the Forklift if you, with all of your "many years of experience", knew that there would not be parts for it?? The con-artist simply replied, "I am not a fortune teller" The gull! I left the place feeling I was ROBBED!!! And the kicker, back in my place, we checked the transmission oil level and it was empty, called the mechanic to find out and he replied, "Well that is what is happening due to your defective pump, the oil is going elsewhere!! I was floored !! Stupid, why did you use 9 qrts of oil, very highly priced I may add, if you already knew the pump was no good!! What was the oil for??

I have been in retail for over 10 years and my respect to Luis, I definitely recommend him and definitely doing business again in a future. Luis is the kind if guy that goes above and beyond to help you.

I don't know how the guy is still open. Hes a con artist, dont allow people to steal your money or time. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.

Moving into a new area is always a frustration trying to find a mechanic close by. Luis & team gained my trust and were able to answer all of my questions in regards to my forklifts issues. The team made recommendations on retifying the issue.Will be back when the next issue arises!

Customer service is top notch here. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a shop that truly cares about the work they do and the people they serve.
