I should have read the reviews before going. The initial visit was 2 hours because of the new computer system nobody seemed to know. The second visit to pick up my glasses, they didn't include transition when it was clearly recommended by the Dr. Third visit I picked up the new and improved set but I can't see unless I bow my head. Do today I will go again for a forth time. Maybe they will get it right this time or they will return $600+ of the purchase. 200 ]aid by insurance. 400 out of pocket.

Called to see if I could get an appointment for the same day. Lady answers phone, I ask her if she can fit me in today and then she puts me on hold...over 5 minutes because I hung up. The FUNNY thing is the hold message clearly states that walkins are always welcome, she could have just told me that! I'm not going there!
