        Very incompetent. This company is very unprofessional. I had to pay a call out fee and when the tech got there they could not get the equipment up and running. Avoid this company by all means necessary.

        Very unprofessional. The tech showed up and appeared to be under the pressure influence of something. Not only did he smell like weed but he was very talkative and delusional. I felt unsafe. Please do not use this company or be very cautious when using. I will be reporting this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
