I was recomended to this company about a year ago after the passing of my father and having to move-in my mother. We ere told by every contractor that plans were needed to give a price. that was before being recomended to Scavuzzo, we met and I was given a ball park price and te plans were drawing ready for the building department in no time. They managed to get a temporary permit while the plans were being reviewed and started construction on an extra Bedroom/Bathroom. Needless to say and due to the market conditions we got a better bargan than expected. Marc and Mike are very professional and will do anything it takes to fit the budget and deadline. I give them a full 5 stars and a big thanks.
