I have NO idea how this company has a 4 + rating. Im giving this rating solely based on my customer service experience. No work was performed by this company thank God. I first reached out to Awning Florida on July 02. After more then 20 text messages and a couple of emails showing the site plans for the sun sails and awning I wanted Rey finally decided to come out on August 14. We discussed the location of the sun sails / awning, I asked him if he was going to measure and he responded no I got it then proceeded to leave. Im here thinking like doesnt this guy want to take any on site measurements? Then I asked him if he had any samples, drawings, brochures, sketches I could see? and he said no. Not that it matters because I will not use this company but as of Sept 01 he hasnt sent me any quote/email. Very poor customer service which only tells me he probably isnt reliable.
