Azenco

We have had our Azenco pergola for about one year. Recently we had an electrical problem with the louvers. Azenco sent a senior production manager at our request who said he would personally make sure it was resolved. He even gave me his personal cell number for any future problems. On top of that I got a call from one the company's partners who also made sure the problem was resolved! Very happy with the product and service.

I've been doing landscaping projects for a while and it is always a pleasure adding these amazing pergolas, the product is fantastic!

It is a beautiful looking product, unfortunately, the mechanism that controls the electric louvers leaves much to be desired. In addition, there are significant flows in their design. They needed to join two pergolas to cover our needs, and the product is definitely not designed for this. It has been a succession of problems since the Pergola was installed over a year ago. After multiple attempts to fix this by the distributor who installed this (who by the way has been very attentive), I decided to call Azenco. The attention I got from Mrs. Leslie Chapus was terrible. At some point she even said to me you are not my client, my client is the distributor. The only reason I give them three stars is because the distributor (The Landscaping People) has done great service. Just do yourself a favor and buy an American product with American customer service
