Like all the others have said time and time again , These people print out a label and never ship your item. Also had to dispute on my credit card to get my money back. This is just plain sad ! Horrible shop

Do not order from this place. They've earned my only one star review to date. Like others have stated, they'll print a label, charge your card and one month later your item will show up. I returned their item, disputed with my credit card on two occasions they will not give me my refund and now am throwing in the towel on attempting to get my money back.

I have purchased several mountain bike related parts and accessories form these guys. I have always received the items really fast and I have never had an issue with anything that I purchased. If something wasn't right, they went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of the right way. Best prices, best parts, and the best people.

Slow to ship, rude service, stay away. Don't see how they can be so careless when competition is so stiff. Just read their responses to bad reviews here, they obviously don't care about customer service. Also notice how all the positive reviews say pretty much nothing and half of them can't even spell.
