        I was skeptical about training and learning Karate at first. However, after going the first day I joined; it was GREAT! Everyone in the dojo is so helpful. The instructors love to inform and teach. If youre looking to learn self defense, karate, or just want to help stay physically and mentally fit. Join Alpha Upkudo you will not regret it!

        I have trained here for 20+ years and it is like having a second family who loves you unconditionally. This school benefits you in all aspects of life - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Absolutely love Master Anne who always seems to know just what a student needs.

        My kids absolutely love Alpha UPKUDO, the instructors are great with the kids, they just can't wait to go every week. I like it because it provides a useful life skills: self defense, respect, and manners to name a few. This is the first activity my kids have actually stayed with more than a few weeks. I am so glad we found this place.
