My mother and I visited John's (The Shop's Owner) business to fix a lawn mower which recently stopped working. Local options yielded poor results so the prospect of this shop's acclaimed exceptional service, professionalism and reasonable price indicated from reviews seemed like a great option worth a relatively lengthy drive. We arrived at the shop shortly after 4 o' clock in the afternoon ready to drop off the lawn mower and make the transaction but we were met with no sign of the business being open. I then knocked on the door of the adjacent house to which John answered and told us that he closed at twelve, a statement which conflicts the indicated business hours (Closes at 5 P.M. as of post) and a statement of his hours which he made on the phone while we arranged the drop-off. His cadence and posture seemed unwelcoming and dismissive but we apologized for the inconvenience and left. Exceptional service for some, turned away for others.

Quick service,lowest prices with great service. I highly recommend Havana Small Engines. I dropped my mower off at noon and they called the next morning by 8 saying it was ready.
