Audio Video Connections

About seven years ago I moved into my forever home and about a year later I hired the services of A/V Connections. Because of all the glass and wood flooring the acoustics in my home were awful. Mark Ice, the owner of A/V Connections, gave me great advice regarding how to improve my home theater experience. I took all of Mark's advice. I was delighted with the upgrades to my TV, music and home WiFi. Periodic A/V upgrades have been made to my home. Most recently the many wireless and smart devices as well as the new security cameras installed in my home were putting a strain on my WiFi network. A/V Connections just finished upgrading my home WiFi to a mesh system. I am so happy with the results. Mark is a busy man but he has never failed to respond promptly to my telephone calls and text messages. Whether my inquiry has been related to a component that I purchased from him or regarding a general topic within his area of expertise, Mark has always been very generous with his time. He credits his very competent employees for their expertise and encourages direct correspondence between customers and assigned techs for the most timely response to problems. Mark always calls or visits job sites to ensure that the customer is happy with the work performed and to answer any questions. I highly recommend the services of A/V Connections.

Mark and his team did a tremendous job in our house. We moved into a new home in late October that had connections for whole home surround and an upstairs media room. Once he came out and did the estimate, it was no time before he got started. They knocked everything out in less than 2 days and the work is exceptional. Not to mention, they are always available for answering questions and assistance. I highly recommend Audio Video Connections!
