        Christina gave me 4 exercises the first session. Those helped some with my leg pain. Second session I did some gym exercises. A day later and my pain is minimal.

        My Advice to You- Run-Away in another direction! This place is a bit Dirty, Smelly, Un-Kept and Poorly Organized. Firstly- I was Firstly Turned-Off by the Stink at the front door. -Smells Like a Mans Dirty Locker Room- Second- The wait area has few seats with empty reception desk. We've learned that there is "ZERO" communication between the staff and patients. We have since sourced an alternative rehab establishment.
