the service terrible. waiting line for check in 2 hours, security is rude and danger crazy/ not recommend it.

we were forced to pay for valet which was 100+ dollars and we were only told that once we arrived, the photos were different than our actual room, we had BUGS in our bathroom, the elevator made me want to just jump down the stairs, service wasnt too bad but im only saying that because everyone was cute tbh.

If I could give a negative number for service I would. I would not recommend this establishment. We reserved a condo through Airbnb, which was a nightmare in itself. This review is not reflective of that. The front desk workers were the rudest individuals, any questions asked was responded to as if we were interrupting and they couldn't be bothered. They provided 0 assistance prior to "check in" which is strictly enforced at 4:00 pm...don't even ask them a question earlier. If you have a unit with the elevator right to your foyer and want to take it down between 11 am and 12 pm on a weekend, expect to wait ~20 minutes. It took FOREVER...there is a stair option but with a wagon or cooler full of beach items is not happening. The pool was foggy (chemicals were not done properly), the restaurant the website says they have is non-existent and the property is not well kept. I will give props to the security staff as they were extremely pleasant and helpful (thank you) as much as they could be within their job description. I'm sorry I don't know your names. The location of the building was ideal, views from our unit were great, and the shuttle to the beach was convenient. If this place reads reviews, you need to evaluate resident/visitor experience and your staff to better train/hold accountable. It was an awful experience and I was shocked by how your front desk staff spoke to/treated guests.
