Southern Dunes Master H.O.A

They are the worst. I went there Friday at 3:30 office hours are till 430 and nobody was there already yet we pay $65,000 a year for somebody to be there. I called from the same office left a message and today is Tuesday and Im still waiting for a callback. Somebody needs to train their customer service.

I concur with almost every comment on here. And the HOA does need more help in this office and longer hours. Needs an updated exercise equipment and community room.

Mails to the HOA office in Southern Dunes are mostly ignored. Phone calls are not answered. Standards are going downhill.

Been there 25 yrs. Rules added and Hoa companies added thru the yrs went up in prices for less services. Only good move was adding 24 hr guards ( but used to have rolling guard service before that would be able to stop sales companies. Glad am almost gone..(house for sale)

They should hire more staff and be a little friendlier . whenever I go there, it feels like I'm bothering them, it should not be that way.
