First visit with dental hygienist was horrible! She brought up politics and did “extreme” digging into my gums. She told me she was concerned about bone loss in one tooth & the one next to it and said I needed to see the dentist for possible surgery. Got in to the dentist & no problem with the tooth. He suggested a different hygienist. I made an appointment for my daughter to have a cavity filled. Made the appointment for 7 am since she needed to get to work. Due to an issue, she was 10 minutes late for the appointment. When she arrived, they gave her paperwork to fill out, took x-rays (even though prior dentist sent his) and at 8:15 she left since the dentist was in another room joking around with a retired patient with no acknowledgment that she needed to be seen. The office also refused to contact our insurance company to confirm that she was covered completely for the visit. I called and cancelled my follow up visit (they don’t even have an office manager) and they didn’t care—-just gave sarcastic excuses. I will not return & will not recommend. My son & daughter in law were planning on going there, so the office has lost four patients but I’m sure they don’t care!

Entire staff is wonderful. Called back at exact appointment time and Kim started X-rays and cleaning immediately. Dr. C came in b4 she was even done. Thank you, staff!!
