Tried to schedule appointment for an urgent concern. Called four times and only response was a recording stating days and hours of service. Left message after each call, but never heard from firm. On last call, message had been changed to announce that they were no longer taking new clients. The firm had time to change message, but not return call. What kind of service would they render if you hired them?????
