In the past Dr. Kellen tried to refuse to prescribe me birth control bc of his religious views and the fact that "a woman doctor should handle this." Today he refused to even see me after I spoke to his nurse about needing to start medication again, one of which was to help me sleep, but they told me they couldn't provide a medication like that, which seems untrue and ridiculous to me. They left me waiting on the zoom chat room until I realized clearly nobody would be coming back. I just don't understand any doctor or practice who blatantly refuses to prescribed completely common and normal medications.

Mary Ellen Neal is Fantastic !.. she will help you get to the bottom of what is bothering you and has never failed to help me never... I absolutely would not go to anyone else and I highly recommend her.. if you are tired of going to your doctor and them not being able to help you then you need to go to Mary Ellen Neal at live oak medical.. absolutely !

My mom came here because she was having an anaphylactic reaction. They refused to examine or treat her due to covid related symptoms and had her leave without even looking at her rash, taking her vitals or providing treatment!! Then they told me I cant talk to the doctor because Im not under her hippa forms... yet they never even asked my name!

The scheduler, Patti Walton, was extremely rude and short with me as I tried to schedule an appointment for my son. If thats what this office is like, Ill take him somewhere else.
