Quick to close the deal, but 2 weeks later no results. Traps were not properly placed and when they were tripped, nothing got caught. Always late to the appointments; attic sanitation was completed before exclusion work was done, and prior to catching anything this was certainly not the right order of execution... a waste of time & money. I would not recommend.

I really do not know how to start my review about this company. My experience with Truly Nolen isnt pleasant at all. I am a property owner in West Palm Beach Florida, own 3 building that includes 2 small houses, and a building with 3 small apartments. All in the same parcel. I made a call to the Truly Nolen last week, and spoke to a sales person in Arizona. Nate seemed to be very cordial, we spoke about servicing my properties inside for bugs, mostly cockroaches and outside for flees. The indoor service that I was looking for was simple for maintenance, while the outdoors was to treat flees that stray cats have brought into our neighborhood. I was happy to be able to find a company that will take care of everything at once. I signed a contract, paid, and scheduled an appointment for the initial service. A day later when the exterminator came to service the property he told me that he could not do the service because the sales person Nate did not include or explained about the set up on my buildings. Nate not only didnt explain in the contract about the 3 buildings, even though I explained to him many times about the set up of such buildings. He also sold to me the flees service that they do not offer along with the indoor insects. A sales supervisor came to my property after the service person called him. He totally denied the service that was in the contract, and proceeded to tell me that I needed to have a different contract which it would cost me a lot more money and that it was not worth for me to pay such an amount of money for the small outdoor service. The disappointment was not only paying for a service that it was not available, but to have to deal with tenants that Ive told that they needed to be home from work that day for the service. Imagine the disappointing, and complaint of such tenants after they had missed an afternoon of work, and nothing was accomplished. Now I will have to deal with a refund part. The good news is that I found a company named Terminix with a Great deal of service.

My service technician Donald is just absolutely AMAZING! I have recently hired truly nolen again after being a past customer and it was only because of him I returned because i automatically know there is one person who can for sure get the job done! Don is truly an expert at what he does, very detail oriented, extremely knowledgable, he is always courteous, have an awesome personality, respectful and is very professional. He is always a delight to work with and that's why I request him. I have had other technicians in the past but Don is in a class all by himself. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection to get my roach infestation under control. I was completely WOWED with the results since my last visit! One word to describe Don which is Spectacular! 1000/10! The BEST and MOST outstanding tech ever!
