We Highly recommend him, he came out of his way from his very busy schedule to come and relocate and fix the connection for our dryer. He calls you before coming to the house and he was ontime. I called Mack Watson he came first thing the next morning on time because I needed my breaker replaced. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and did a superior job. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again in the future. Service: General repairs

Best service I have received. Mack has done a lot of work for me and he always arrives on time. Does very detailed work . Communicates at every stage of the visit and let's you know what work he is doing or needs to be done. It sincerely feels like your best friend is doing the work. The cost of his services are very competitive and reasonable for the quality of work he does. He is easily accessible and always responds to any calls timely. Simply outstanding !!!! We wanted to have some electrical work done. We had been trying to schedule an appointment with our usual electrician but he really was unresponsive. So I spotted Mack Watson Electrical mentioned positively on a thread and we gave him a call. He picked up the phone almost immediately. My husband told him what we wanted to have done. We offered for him to come take a look at the job. He offered to just come and do it a few days later. He showed up on time and took care of it. The only issue we had was that he didn't have a part and had to go to a local hardware store, which cost us extra money , at least a 1/2 hour. We are very satisfied with his work just which we could have flat rated the job. It was more expensive than we had expected. We probably should have insisted on getting an estimate first. But all in all, I would totally recommend him, hence reason for the 5 stars.
