Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

No wonder the parking lot was empty. I go through drive through and guy tells me to hold on and never comes back to the speaker. I drive around and there's one car sitting and waiting on food so I left because there was only one customer and they were asked to pull up and wait so I know my service was going to be long considering they hadn't even taken my order. 4/8/2024 2:59 pm Pollo Campero here I come

Not as good as other zaxbys I have been to. Food has been barely warm, orders are sometimes incorrect and the tea is not out like other zaxbys, you have to have an employee get it for you. Tables are usually dirty. Bathroom is gross. Tried it 3 times and all the same. Wont return.

Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and paying extra for additional sauce, I consistently received cups that were only a fraction full, suggesting a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer expectations. This recurring disappointment has significantly detracted from the enjoyment of my meals and raises doubts about the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, when attempting to address this issue with the cashier, I was met with resistance and unprofessionalism, further solidifying my concerns about the declining standards at Zaxbys. As a longtime patron, it saddens me to see the brand I once enjoyed falter in such a manner. Unless significant improvements are made to address these issues and restore confidence in the brand, I am uncertain if I will be returning to Zaxbys in the future. It is my hope that Zaxbys takes this feedback seriously and takes proactive measures to regain the trust and loyalty of its customers.
