They remove the bad reviews and the good ones are wrote by friends and not clients, at least for Elizabeth "Betsy" Haslett. She and her assistant are as corrupt as they come, they lie, and lie, and lie more. They habitually fail their clients, "forget" to file things needed for the success then blame the client and say their case was week from the get go. At best, Betsy is forgetful and incompetent at her job. At worst, she is a thief looking for a quick paycheck with little actual work, aware her clients won't have much recourse. She will not admit to her mistakes which leads me to believe they're intentional at this point. I have never in my life encountered an attorney as nonchalant about the livelihoods of children. She has 0 compassion or drive for her clients and I do not recommend her services. She fails to communicate efficiently or timely, apparently doesn't know how to fill out legal forms, and just has a nasty attitude overall.

I am beginning my review in a different way. I think it is really important to note that 1 out of 10 people who are happy with services leave a positive review. Just 1 out of 10. That really represents that there are potentially 9 really satisfied people who just were so pleased that they went on in their happy life. I also think it is really important that when people look at reviews, any kind even including the big online delivery service reviews, that we understand we are reading only the perspective of the reviewer. When the service of legal counsel or representation is sought-after, it is usually involving difficult, even contentious issues. We think about attorneys and the results they bring, but we hardly ever know the extreme difficulty each detail in their representation of situations demand. On initial consultation, counsel will listen to the issues at hand, and give the best guidance forward. However, when they discover layers and layers to the complexity of the issue, that may not have been disclosed to them, they still give the best representation they can. Sometimes the best outcomes to those issues looks differently for clients depending on each individual case. Stellar and reputable attorneys will examine every element to provide the best and fairest representation for their clients. Betsy Haslett is this type of attorney. The wealth of knowledge that she has will be used to represent the best outcome for every client she represents. Again, we don't seek attorneys to plan a celebration. We seek them to mitigate the pain and anguish of something that has occurred in our life. I know the steadfast commitment that Betsy takes with each and every client is of the utmost care and dedication. Her expertise and compassion was utilized throughout every process I experienced in my services. Betsy was transparent in communication with me conveying the legal approach to what I was seeking and expedited with efficiency for my family.
