Water Gurus - is what I call this crew.. Service is excellent, it's a company you can depend on. As the Property Manager, Pelican Lodge Motel there is no room for error when it comes to our guests and a perfect stay, the water has to be right and if you're from this area you know how wrong it can go. Alltech provides us with service needed products, repairs and overseer of compliance needs, the the technicians know their .... for those of us who need the needed a little guidance, well you just couldn't ask for better people. Called yesterday for water system service, they said stay home; someone would come by today. I waited around the house all day, and at 5PM I called and they said some guy didn't show up to work, and they had another serious "no water call" so they can't make today. To bad their business model doesn't consider calling appointments to re schedule. I really wanted to support a local business.

Rude and dishonest company. I would highly recommend you skip this one. Not only did they inform me that my residence was their only beachside like it was an inconvenience to service me they billed me an additional 120 dollar to literally flip the index in the Stenner pump. When I called to complain they were extremely dismissive. Adios all tech and hola all rite.
