        Outstanding and responsive service! We were vacationing for two weeks from Virginia and when we attempted to launch our boat we discovered that our steering cable was broken. Rays understood that we had limited time there and fixed the boat that next work day and even straighten a bent fender. When we launched, the trim worked to lower the motor but once in the slip it would not rise again. Here comes Rays to the rescue again. They traveled to our location and assessed the issue and ordered the part. We drove the boat to the launch and they even sent their son over to help us manually raise the motor. Who does that? They had it fixed the next day and their prices were low too!
