Happy with the work but unhappy with the pricing system and trying to get me to agree to terms which were never stated before the job started, only after they left without getting paid. They left my yard in disarray with trees, branches and everything they were supposed to haul away but never did which was the primary job. Drew trimmed trees for 4 hour (being generous) and was messing with his chainsaw, had to go and get oil etc. A lot of this is not my problem and I don't pay for your travel time. The job turned from less than 4 hours to 2 full days and they demanded payment for day 1 before the job was finished. I paid them for day 1 even though they were adding extra time. They said they worked until 2:30 but I have camera footage of them leaving way before that, let alone working until 2:30pm. Same with arriving.Blessed Mess is a MESS of a business. They have a guy come out who "knows nothing" about the payment and some lady calls you after with a random price and demands payment and threatens lawyers. She said $200-$400 for 4 hours to 6 hours. Wouldn't ANYONE assume 4 hours is $200 and 6 hours is $400? Well no, that's not how they operate. There's a special word for this type of business.Also they insulted my ministry and myself numerous times calling ME a thief and an Ungodly man when I paid them for the days work and they never even finished and cleaned up. This is all based on them NOT having me sign a contract and then try to force me to agree to their terms AFTER the fact. They refused to come back for day 2 until day 1 was paid for but her price for day 1 was out of control. I still paid her for day 1 even though they never cleaned up the job at all.They showed up in a minivan (they claim SUV) but with no trailer when my job was to haul things away!!! They never planned on hauling anything away, as I can see now.I also gave the handyman a hammer I found in my crawlspace and 3 bottles of water while he was here. Yeah, I'm a real scumbag right? I still have to hire someone to FINISH the job.

Blessed Mess done a wonderful job deep cleaning my business, it looks wonderful! Not only did they arrive on time they came the same day on a friday night! Highly recommend.
