I’ve been A patient for years. Doc took great care of me back when things weren’t good in Juarez but now business is booming and no one seems to care much. My first implant is now many shades different then my other teeth and it’s a grand to get it “fixed”. They originally decided best to make it lighter so I could get teeth whitening done, which I did but that’s just temporary. Oh well. It is what it is, dental work south of the border for cheaper. That is around 10k in work right there also.

Great Experience. better than I expected. First of all, they told me all the prices on the phone - and those were the prices I actually paid. They also sent a driver to pick me up from my hotel every morning, and I was dropped back off, as soon as the daily treatment was done. Had 2 root canals, 2 surgical pulls of wisdom teeth, and two cavities covered. total 3 visits to the clinic. The entire staff, from desk to dentists to driver - were professionals. Like, high level stuff. I paid an affordable price, got some (possibly) life-saving procedures, and they explained what was going on clearly, all along the way. I plan to return in the near future, to have some more work done. Really great place, and for me, a justified 5 stars rating.

Had a great experience for my first time going here. My dentist who attended to me was very well mannered in every aspect. The only downside to my visit was the receptionist who was rude from the point of contact to the end of my appointment. Only reason I’ll be returning is I had my braces installed and the dentist was very kind and professional otherwise I wouldn’t be coming back. To the manager(s) maybe you should invest in proper training when it comes to proper customer service.

I drove 6 hours 3 times for 1 crown and 1 root canal. Was supposed to be 2 teeth but I won’t get into that part. I was not seen by Dr. Moran who I scheduled with by recommendation. Instead they placed me with a Dr. who placed crown wrong with gap between base and gum, she sanded the neighboring tooth so that it feels awful to the touch and damaged enamel. She filled cavity in that tooth and left a piece sticking out which broke when flossing so now tooth is broken and hurting. I will need to replace the crown they put on and get a crown for tooth she damaged. I called to discuss and Lori H/R said she would get back to me and never did. Their mold making strategies are not very modern and the tooth came back from the lab way too big to begin with. When one has to reduce the size of crown too much it compromises the integrity. Many things about the service were excellent and obviously many people have great experiences there as well.
