D & L Mobile RV Repair

I was stranded in Tampa with a issue in regards to my bedframe, being jammed and because of this, the slide of the RV would not open Or close. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with D and L RV mobile repair he was able to help me over the phone and had the patience to get me through this . you don't find people that help in this manner in today's world . I am so grateful I highly recommend this company. if you have an issue in the Tampa area, this is the guy to call .

Had parts and was ready to install within a few days of service call, did excellent work and our AC unit works too well lol and our built in microwave is nice highly recommend

Quick call back. Good communication. Wally was here on time, nice guy. Professional. Quickly traced my slide & jack issue to a bad battery. He went & got one, no upcharge. I paid what he paid for the battery. Reasonable service call & labor rates.

Can't give a proper review as I have never actually used them. I can only say that they don't follow up when they say they will. I have called several times and spoken to Darrell who says he'll come out and take a look at a warranty issue. I told him that I would pay and worry about reimbursement from Thor. I'm told he'll return my call to set up a date. I have not gotten any call back. I've even seen his truck in the RV park. All I need is for him to tell me the problem or tell me if I need a new door. I'm trying to work with Thor but I can't seem to get him out here. Looks to me to be poor customer service. I guess my job isn't big enough for him to worry about.
