We had our entire condo tile floors cleaned, including grout, today and are extremely pleased. Eddie and Nate were wonderful, they worked well together as well as doing their individual applications. They moved all the furniture that had to be moved and put everything back into place. They also cleaned the large area rug in the living room and also the runner in the hallway. Everything looks fresh and clean and I have to add that the kitchen floor looks like a new floor! I would highly recommend Carter's Floor and especially ask for Eddie and Nate! Prior to moving into our new home, we needed to have the floor tile grout lines color sealed to ensure uniform coloring. Carter's is extremely responsive, on time, and professional. They searched for the color grout we had installed, had it shipped and brought over a sample for us to see on the floor. They cleaned our floor and then put down the color seal. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Carter's. A special shout out to Eddie and Melvin for cleaning the floors and Dante and his helpers for the color sealing (no easy task). Dante was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. I also want to thank Nicki for her quick email responses and to Bill for making sure the entire job went as we hoped. We would definitely recommend Carter's and would use them for any jobs in the future.

We needed wood floors buffed and resurfaced to prep a home for sale. Edward was very responsive and flexible. The job was done within three days of first contacting the company. Impressive. The crew was friendly, professional, learning. They returned the following day to check the work once dry. The small spots that needed a touch up were fixed immediately. I would recommend this group for wood floor refinishing.
