My one year old daughter attends this preschool and we love it. The teachers are very caring and very helpful! The owner is out of this world nice. Definitely giving a 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend for any parent looking for a preschool.

Both of my kids attend A Child's Dream and we love it! They have been there for us whenever we needed anything regarding the kids and even as my daughter has gone on to elementary at a year round school they have done their best to accommodate me when I have had any scheduling issues with her. She has some social anxiety and all of the staff has taken special care to try to put her at ease and help her manage the issue. It's hard to leave your kids with anyone, but knowing they are getting great care really eases my mind.

Worst daycare out there! Just took my daughter out after a month of care there. The first week, the entire outside area smelt like sewage. Sure enugh they had let the sewage backup and a week later it was fixed. That was my first suspicion that this place was negelecting to take care of thier facilities or the children , but things happen right? Then I noticed all the toys were run down and everything was filthy. FILTHY! Then she would be sent home in other kids clothes, and diapers. Once she came home smelling like throw up and in different clothes but no report of her throwing up. They said it was a diaper blow out. I also observed no hand washes or glove changes between diaper changes. They failed to notify me when she was running low on diapers/wipes/clothes or to report how much she was eating. Once, I packed her a lunch after she threw up the tacos they fed her after she came home. They seemed to be bothered by the inconvenience. The last straw was (BTW, we already were waiting on a start date at another daycare by now) when I went to pick her up, she had thrown up at school and no one called me to come get her. I found out they had fed her shrimp for lunch! Who feeds baby's shrimp for lunch and then doesn't call the mother when she throws it up!! She screamed Everytime I left her there! A couple times I noticed the teacher yelling at the baby's 12 MO + when I would either drop her off or just check in on her. I'm afraid the kids are mistreated. Plus, there was absolutely no curriculum. Time after Time all I saw was them sitting or standing around with children's music blaring. I mean it, BLARING!! And the three times I saw her on the playground, they had my daughter in a swing, just dangling, not being pushed at all while she starred into space and the "teachers" sat down and did nothing. :( I couldn't stand taking her there, it broke my heart every day. Thank God she's outta there! Please pay close attention on your tour to that place. Ask many questions!

Please do not send your child here. DD and DS both went here for awhile. DD was 4 and a half, did not learn anything while she was there. Main teacher was out most days, always substitues. Teachers were lazy, no learning curriculum, reading, only cutting papers almost everyday! Classroom was unsanitary. Kids had no manner. DS was two years old, first time went to daycare. Absolute nightmare! He came in a month ago a healthy, happy boy. Everyday DS cried and begged not to go back. We thought he just needed time to transition. When I was told DS had STOPPED EATING AND DRINKING AND TALKING for about 3 weeks everyday at school, we knew something was wrong at school. In addition, his teacher was transitioning to another classroom. More stress for the new child! We pulled DD and DS out as soon as we could.

My family loves A Child's Dream! We started with them just after my oldest daughter turned two and she is about to start 1st grade. Our youngest started when she was 12 weeks, so we have literally experienced every class from infants through VPK, their after-school program, and now summer camp, and we couldn't be happier. By the time we found ACD, we had already left THREE daycares, which means, that I'm not afraid to pull my kids out if I feel they aren't being well cared for. We recently moved to Newberry and continue to drive across the county every day so our kids can continue to go to ACD and had our oldest daughters elementary school rezoned so that she can stay in their after school program. The teachers at ACD genuinely care about their children and its now like we have a whole second family! My girls come home from daycare every day telling me all about their friends, their teachers, and all the fun they had that day and honestly looking forward to going every day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, well run, reasonably priced, and just overall great daycare!
