We had Sunshine out to the house because one of our shower drains was backing up whenever we did laundry. Our tech was Wesley and he did a thorough job snaking (twice over). He determined that the issue was likely a loose fitting and recommended using a camera to verify it. We will be scheduling a follow up in the near future. Wesley was awesome. Super personable, helpful, and kind.

We have used Sunshine Plumbing and Gas twice now and I can honestly say if we have future plumbing issues they will be the first I call. Why? Because they respond quickly, are fairly reasonable in pricing, and they communicate clearly when they will be arriving. The first issue was an awful pipe leak behind the wall from our water heater which flooded the entire garage. It was an emergency fix that another company wouldn't fix. Sunshine came to the rescue. Our more recent issue was a filthy, stinky leak from our sewage line just outside our garage. Wesley texted me to let me know he was on his way, and I might add much earlier than expected. He was not only prompt, but courteous and professional. It took about 30 minutes to fix the issue and I received a receipt in my email. I would highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to repair my nonworking water fountain. Upon their arrival two men showed up. I found this odd as it seemed to be a one man job. When the men were finished (20 minutes) they told me that it was a bad GFI electrical outlet. I also found this odd as the building is only three years old. Then came the bill where they charged me for two workers. I paid the bill and figured I would talk to management about it later. After the men left i noticed they left the covers off the fountain and never reinstalled them. I was charged a full hour of their time but they couldn't even put the covers back on?? Now per their diagnosis i hired an electrician who told me the GFI outlet was just fine and that the plumber misdiagnosed the issue with the fountain. The electrician told me that it was the compressor that was the issue. So the plumber totally misdiagnosed our problem and in addition attempted to charge me for two people to work on the fountain when it was a one man job. When I spoke with management the next day I was informed that they refunded me for the 2nd employee but that was all. I was not happy that I had a misdiagnosis for my non working fountain and was left with a mess but yet they still charged me full price for their time. I was told the owner would be brought into the mix for a full refund but I have not heard back from them. POOR SERVICE!!
