Beyond horrible! Don't fall for the cheap prices. It's cheap for a reason...they don't do anything. Had new grass put in and whole yard maintenance by them. We discontinued services because the grass died within months, even under their lawn care so it looked exactly as before. And when I started planting around the area I found TRASH in my soil. Mcdonald wrappers and plastic lids.
Before you decide, at least ask for proof (other yards they've managed) because we went with the cheaper option because we wanted to save money and ended up paying for a lawn that died within months
