10/10 jewelry shop! I initially went in because I popped my ankle bracelet I received as a gift purchased from here. They handled my ankle bracelet with grace and it was fixed good as new without any notice that it was initially broken. I then had a heart pendant I received as a gift in 2008 that initially had my mom and grandmas birthstone who were deceased. Over the years the stones fell out. I inquired if oaks can attempt to repair it by adding stones back into the two large holes. I explained the sentimental value and I was blown away with the great communication regarding my pendant. They often kept me in the loop with what was going on. It was repaired in no time better than it initially looked. I am absolutely thankful and would definitely return in the near future.

I went in for my ring to be reshaped and considered getting it resized. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and fixed my ring in no time! I will definitely be back.
