This is a locally owned business. They gave me a good honest deal many years ago. I don't doubt their honesty now but I need to do a little more research. It looks like my problem is with the manufacturer not Walker's.

As a rule I usually do not do reviews however this company has treated us so well on several occasions over the years that I felt I needed to do this. When we are looking for new furniture, Walker Furniture is our first destination. First of all, this furniture company has a great inventory of quality furniture at very good prices. We have had several occasions that we needed furniture for medical reasons and they had what we needed and delivered the item the same day. Great customer service. Most recently, I needed a controller cord for my 7 year old power lift chair. I thought I would have to go back to the manufacturer and then would be lucky if they had one available. On a chance that Walker Furniture could get me in the right place to locate the controller, I called them. Not only did they have the controller cord, they even offered to deliver it, same day. A 7 year old chair and they had the part I needed. Extraordinary customer service!!!!
