I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines Day and I had messed up on the web. I called customer service and they were phenomenal and didnt make me feel bad that I had messed up. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to her workplace but they werent and they called and delivered them to the house. I would recommend them.

Ordered same day delivery and the delivery driver didnt even bother to call. They just dumped it at the front desk without notifying anyone. If it hadnt been for the front desk calling me from work, I wouldnt have ever known and missed out on getting the flowers for the special day. Never going to them again.
