        Should have checked reviews before using SIMED. The doctors are fine but they have a lot of issues with billing, follow ups and communicating across their departments. Not worth the time or energy.

        I will never go back. I started going as they are covered under my insurance for lots of providers. I met with a PCP and then got blood work done. That was three weeks ago. I have called and left numerous voicemails, I called medical records and left voicemails, the operator, primary care. And not one voicemail has been returned. I talked to a Yolanda that I was told is a the nurse handling the clinic and she hung up on me when I asked about my records. After looking over other reviews, seems this is protocol. Unacceptable.
