I walked in and asked how much for a visit and was told "it's illegal for us to give a price"!?! That's when I left this location. Reception was very rude!

Over $200 "doctors bill" just for 3 minutes looking at my son's stitches. 3 separate bills and still dealing with billing and collections fir almost 2 years. Will never take my children there again. Oh and we have excellent insurance.

So now I have received multiple calls from 2 different collection agencies regarding treatment my son received back in August. I have never received a bill from them and they do not even have contact information on the web. Now I have to do all the leg work to get this straighten out when they obviously are too incompetent to complete simple tasks such as sending bills or adding contact information to their website. Never again!!!

Took my wife for laryngitis. They treat it and CHARGE like an ER. They did some unnecessary tests and then even transported her to the actual ER and all for some antibiotics and corticosteroid. Have spoken to other nurses in Gainesville and they agree that their goal is to overcharge. I recommend for not serious injuries you look into an actual walk in clinic which charge 80-230. I read that waits in those places are long but it took them 4 hours here so I guess in the end they both even out. This visit is probably going to cost about $1000 on the final bill. Already paid $100. Will update when final bill is in. Gave it 2 stars because in the end they actually did get the job done.

Ditto to those who experienced gross overcharges for routine procedures. I will never go there based on my son's experience. Two or three years ago he was billed hundreds of dollars for a very simple, routine medical procedure. Even after insurance, out-of pocket costs were ridiculous.
