I have utilized Sears for my carpets and upholstery since 2016. Repeatedly they have done a superior job. Their service is outstanding, and their quality of work is amazing. Make no mistake, Sears Carpet Cleaning is a franchise-owned business and as a small business owner for nearly 50 years, I prefer not to hire the big corporate players. The best price I found in town for air duct cleaning! I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned in my house, so I wanted to get that done. I called Sears and they were at my place the next morning, didn't take long to do the job at all. Helpful and professional team. I can already tell a difference in the smell in the house (used to be a subtle smoke smell when you walked in the door, and now it is gone!) and air quality feels cleaner. Thanks Bo!
