O O Tapas & Tinis

I have been frequenting this place for years. Recently, my friends & myself notice that the female manager pays more attention to the games on her phone than the patrons. We were there last week and a waitress, when given two credit cards to pay for a bottle of wine, a coke, and a martini, ended up putting the bottle ($35) on one card and the other two beverages ($12 on the other card). What sense does that make?? The place wasn't busy and every minor request took a minimum of 10-20 minutes!! As a previous manager and business owner, their service has gone downhill for a long time now, but last weekend was rock bottom. The five of us were so disappointed and discussed how this has been happening for a while now.
