Estate Sales By Holly

I was shocked at the high prices. Items she has listed can be purchased cheaper at big box stores new and paying full retail. I witnessed a verbal exchange between one of the women managing this sale and a customer ahead of me in line. To say the customer was treated rudely would be an understatement. I will not attend another sale of "Estate Sales By Holly." There are plenty of other pleasant estate sales companies doing business in the area. From the looks of the inventory left when I left it appears this sale isn't going well. Prices? Rudeness?

Pretty rude person. As I am waiting outside in line with everyone else for the estate sale, she lets everyone know 20 people in the house at a time. Understandable. As 2 people leave, the 2 in front open the door to go in. She says NO, only she can open the door to let people in. I get it but don’t talk to adults as if we are toddlers. I was kinda shocked by her tone, as well as everyone else in line. If your a reseller forget it, the most Overpriced sell I have been to yet. $20 for a worn yellow faded Gators hat. How do you only accept Cash and Checks, but can add a round about number for taxes on items. It’s 2021 and you don’t accept CC??.. I’m giving 2 stars because the people in line attending the sale were fantastic.

Prior to the sale Holly was responsive regarding any and all questions I had. She has plenty of knowledgable and friendly staff to assist during the sale. Her pricing is fair and is a pleasure to purchase from. I've had nothing but great experiences with Holly's Estate Sales! Her sales are not overpriced by any means. There is an option to large items prior to sale start, come on a discounted day and of course bid on items. I found Holly to be fair. This is coming from an individual who attends estate sales all over FL.

I am so disappointed, Holly came to our home after my mother died , we asked her to sell off all the belongings as we live in Oklahoma , and have to get back to work . she came in looked around . gave us a date , then came back in the house after talking to her husband and told us they could not do it . I would recommend NOT calling them unless you have a million dollar estate of things . Thanks Holly we have 2 days left to figure this out !
