Amazing customer service! I called to schedule a consultation and mentioned I wanted the laser hair removal because of my pcos. The lady asked me if I was on any medication which I am due to months of fertility treatments. She was so knowledgeable about my treatments and recommended I reschedule when I am done with treatments. It was so refreshing because most of the time I bring up fertility treatments I get ignorant responses or awkward responses. It was so refreshing to speak to someone that knew about my circumstances. It may seem small to others, but it was a big deal to me. I will happily support this business when I am able!!

I’ve been fighting under eye bags for about a year. I went in for a consultation yesterday. The receptionist was so nice. I was impressed by the office space as well. It was very inviting. Once I was in the back, they really pushed their injections. I was a bit floored by the prices, but clearly I’m there and I was eager to hear about all that they had to offer. Then...the doctor came in. She looked at me and told me that she couldn’t do anything for me. She said that I should go and see a plastic surgeon, because my case was too extreme. I then asked about the facials and she said that those couldn’t help me either. She said that my collagen was fine and she said that surgery was my only option. I was never more embarrassed in my life. I’m sitting there wanting to try ANY approach and she turned me away. Also...she only looked at my eyes and never asked me about any other concerns. I left...sat in my car and cried. I had driven 30 minutes to get there...only to be turned away. I had never been so embarrassed in my life. Please...if you are sensitive about your flaws...Do Not Go Here. You’ll end up feeling worse about your condition when you leave. Stay Away!!!

Went in here looking for extractions and knew my favorite skin care person was here. I had to book a bogus facial just to get a look at my skin. I needed a service that the manager had done for me seamlessly 2 years ago and walked away with a facial and NOTHING else. Btw, the door was locked when I got to the spa at the time of my appointment! I had to wait outside for 5 minutes. **bogus ** is not an understatement. Like the responder says. 190 dollars for a wet microderm.? Let me know when Chloe is back at work, because I'm 100 percent positive she has knows to know everything about skin. The woman in my appointment made me feel like an idiot.

I am a hugh review person. I just want to say the "Hello Smooth" at the new Durbin center right off race track and Bartram Park Blvd by Publix is Fantastic! I went for my second treatment of hair removal today.Pilar and staff are amazing! Location is very clean as well.I highly recommend this place and it's worth every penny!I am going to look into facials next! Thanks again ladies you truly are the best!

Had the best experience here with Racquel! Honestly was really blown away by the customer service I received. I’m new to the injectable world and she made me feel so comfortable! I love my results and will definitely be returning!
