I never made it to my appointment!
I had an appointment, but had to call because I ended up going to the ER instead. However, I wanted to keep the appointment because as a new resident of Frost proof, I need a new care provider. The person who answered was the same who made the appointment and I remember thinking she’s abrupt and in your face, but here we are in a new day. She said something I did not understand so I attempted a clarifying question…and that’s when the nasty began! I realize she’s talks over me and she wasn’t listen, so I stated that I’d like to explain better. Her exact response; “there’s no other way to explain.” I clarified that I am the one who needs to explain better, and that also set her off. I just kept repeating the word WOW, hoping she’d reconsider her approach, but to no avail, so I said “thank you ma’am. You help me make my decision,” and hung up. I wasn’t rude because at almost 59 she’s not my first bad customer service rodeo, but she’s by far the nastiest.

I never had a bad experience with this place until to day they canceled my appointment without my permission they call last week to confirm my appointment last week and just a few hours b4 my sons appointment they told me that the doctor was not taking any patients for that reason today mind u he never been to the dentist it was his first visit he’s 3 I’ve waited for this appointment for almost 2 months and they wanted to reschedule the 27th of November after waiting 2 months they wanted to add another month b4 they seen my son and the Receptionist was rude and I got that day off from work when they called to confirm my appointment so I’m out of money and wasn’t able to see the dentist if I could give them a 0 I would I found a different dental office for my 3 kids it took less than 10 mins to take my business elsewhere 😘
