I don't live there so I cant speak to that experience. It's a popular spot to live and is probably sold out currently (as most places are becoming in Freeport, Florida). I won't comment further as it's probably not objective. Look it up. I'm pretty sure you can find a social media site of residents there who will fill you in on what the apartments are like.

Pros: very nice neighbors Cons: Trash is a significant issue to the point the County’s Heath department has been involved. Larry Walsh & Associates has delayed installation of a compactor but continue to build. The trash is deplorable and is an everyday occurrence causing rats and an infestation of roaches. The pool is always dirty, there’s security measures in place that prevents others that don’t live in the community to use the pool. The HOA cannot provide a ledger to owners so dues are being paid; however, there’s no records being kept. The HOA is unresponsive to requests, maintenance of lawn sprinklers have not been done causing vegetation to die, quarterly pest remediation is never done. Most of the homes have been purchased by investors. Parking is a significant issue as there are no assigned parking and some homes are being rented to 3-4 adults (each owning a vehicle). If you’re one person looking for a space near your home, you’ll have to walk from the other side of the community.
