      image With Igor, there is no “I’ll get back to you”, there is Rapid Response. Also there are no surprise bills; they are always what he discussed with you. This gentleman is knowledgeable, trustworthy and totally reliable. I gave him 5 stars only because there is no 10 star rating. (My home has one gas and one electric unit.)
