Nino's Pizza & Cafe

Service was very slow. We waited 5 minutes for our server to get our drinks. Our children waited 30+ minuted for pasta. If you have ever worked in a restaurant the pasta is already cooked and then warmed. Once the children were done with their dinner Mom and Dad were still waiting. Then 1 hour passed and we asked of our check for what we had received at that time as we were not going to wait any longer. The owners wife was the one who we asked for the check. when we did ask she didn't go back into the kitchen to check on our food she threw up her hands and said if it is cooking there is nothing i could do. Needless to say we told her to give us our check or we were leaving. There was a lot of other things that took place but.... SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE. From the check we received just for the kids food we would have spent just as much at Massimo's where the service is much better and the atmosphere is completely different. We left this place very displeased and will tell everyone about our experience. Guy the owner needs to reevaluate the management even if it may be his wife. this was an observation based on her loud conversation we overheard while we were waiting for our food.

I have been in PSL for nine years, and until Ninos arrived around two-years ago we had to settle for "Near NY" Pizza. Nino's is a refreshing oasis in a sea of fake NYC Pizza and Italian cusine! Service can always be improved.
