Labcorp

This company should be closed down. Two days in a row trying to get much needed bloodwork. Friday, they said come back, too full. They said come back early Saturday morning before 7:00 am. I showed up Saturday morning at 6:30 am along with about 30 other people. The lab employees NEVER showed up! Called corporate office and they could not reach any of their own managers or employees to find out why they had not opened. People missing work, coming in on their days off, medical issues that need blood work ASAP and these jokers didn't even show up and their company doesn't have any backup or protocol for employees not showing up either. Never in my life have I seen such a sorry, disorganized, irresponsible, unprofessional organization as this one. Another attempt a few weeks ago at their other location in Port St. Lucie to get blood work and the tech sent me away because she said it wasn't her responsibility to look up CPT codes because she was too lazy to do her own job! This place needs to be put out of business! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

I went yesterday for drug test, it was like prison, the technician took me to the bathroom and talked to me in a demanding tone, telling me what to do and not to do, not friendly at all, if I talked to a robot would be better, she also spoke very fast because she says the same thing to lots of patients but I had hard time catching up with her. I hate doing urine tests, and she stressed me out even more. I understand that some people cheat on their drug test, but staff must remain professional and show friendly attitude to patients. She was very rude and dry. The worst human encounter I've ever had.

Sadistic I went for a urine test I needed for a job. The technician barely spoke English. Could not even ready my name correctly. She showed me a large cup with a line on it. I filled to the line. She refused to accept it and threw it out. That was the best I could do at that time. Clearly she was experienced and anticipated this. Made me come back the following business day. Impression was that she clearly enjoyed having this power over me. Disgusted.

This place is an absolute waste of time, I’ve been waiting for one and a half hours, and they still haven’t called my name, many people have walked in after me and walked out before me. Apparently they’re as busy as an airport that you have to go 2 hours earlier to have time for everything. There’s a elderly woman that has the same time as me here and still hasn’t been called. THE LABCORP AT US-1 DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
